The condo was newly completed in the fall of 2008 and has all the amenities of Condo living with a modern mountain style.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath upscale condominium features upgraded granite countertops and Island.  The wide open concept of this unit, from the kitchen, dining room and into the living room, features spectacular hard wood flooring. The area also allows plenty of room to entertain.

The spacious kitchen also features a 4 burner gas stove, all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.   A washer and dryer are also included for your use.

The living room boasts awesome scenery from both the west and the south, capturing spectacular mountain ranges from both views.  The spacious living room also features a large River Rock gas fire place, which is a perfect way to warm up after a long day of skiing.

The two large bedrooms both have ensuite spa inspired bathrooms, which can be accessed direct from each bedroom.

The condo also includes an elevator to two heated underground parking stalls, Geo-Thermal heating and a common lounge for larger gatherings.  This condo unit is an adult living building (40+), however younger guests are welcome for short stays.  In the centre of it all lies the court yard which includes a water feature and eventually a pond for ice skating in winter.  This is all surrounded by exceptional landscaping and mountain views.

Please call as we can be flexible based on availability, time of year, number of occupants and last minute bookings. I can provide a 1 bedroom rate for 2 guests to make it more affordable and a much better option then a standard hotel. Rates are guidelines only and are subject to change.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & SECURITY
To reserve dates a security deposit of $500.00 is required. This $500 will be returned after your departure within 1 week providing there are no damages, missing items or additional charges.  Full payments are due 30 days prior to the arrival date. We accept VISA, and M/C, as well as money orders, bank transfers or personal cheques.

HOW TO GET HERE
Calgary International Airport is Canada 's domestic hub for seven of North America 's major airlines. It is also well connected to international routes, with more than 200 schedule flights weekly between Calgary and major U.S cities and more than 25 flights per week to major international destinations. Our national carriers is Aircanada.com or the economical airline westjet.com.

Transfer time between Calgary International Airport and Canmore is one hour and fifteen minutes through the magnificent prairies and foothills to the Rocky Mountains .

DIRECTIONS TO SPRING CREEK, CANMORE ALBERTA

  • Depart airport, turn left at the first lights (north) onto Barlow Trail exiting the airport. Travel north two blocks until you reach Country Hill BLVD.
  • Turn left onto Country Hills BLVD. Continue on this road until you reach Stoney Trail. (At least 15 minutes drive to the other side of the city).
  • Turn left onto Stoney Trail, continue on Stoney Trail till you reach the Trans Canada Highway .
  • Turn Right (west) on the Trans Canada Highway until you reach the second exit for Canmore 1A. (approximately a 50 minute drive)
  • Take second exit for Canmore which is the 1A, when you come off the ramp turn right onto the Bow Valley Parkway/1A. Continue on this road until you hit the first set of lights and Railway Avenue . The A&W will be on your left side.
  • Turn left on Railway Ave go to the first set of lights, and turn left, then take your immediate left just over the creek, continue on that road winding around to the left , then straight until you see Building 600.  The unit number is 102.  Underground parking is available, the entrance is on the west side of the building.  Parking stalls will be given to you one week prior to arrival.  Also at the Parking level, ample storage is available for ski equipment or bicycles

AIRPORTER SERVICE
Take a shuttle from the airport for a stress-free arrival. Check-in desk is located on the Arrivals Level of the Calgary International Airport , across from meeting area "C". www.banffairporter.com

Enterprise or Thrifty are the least expensive car rental agencies available at Calgary International Airport .

OTHER

QUIET TIME
Please respect our quiet time between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am .

NUMBER OF GUESTS
The fees quoted are for a maximum of 4 guests staying in the condo.

CHECKING-IN/CHECKING OUT
Check-in time is after 2:00pm . I will provide all the information for keyless entry and you can check in at your convenience. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

PETS
We are happy to accept well-behaved pets.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on the property or in the unit.

TELEPHONE CALLS
There is no charge for local calls (Canmore, Banff , Kananaskis Country and Exshaw). Long distance calls must be charged to the guest's calling card.

PARKING
Complimentary parking in the heated underground parkade is provided for two vehicles per condominium. All oversize vehicles and extra vehicles may be parked at the adjacent outside parking lot.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Of course we hope you don't have to change your vacation plans. However please take note of the following in case changes are unavoidable.

For reservations cancelled more than 30* days prior to arrival, 50% of the full amount of a reservation is refundable.

If cancelled between 16 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the full balance of a reservation is refundable. If cancelled less than 16 days prior to arrival, the full amount of a reservation is non-refundable.

*Please note: Any amount paid for Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.

TAXES
Alberta is the only province in Canada without a provincial sales tax, making our province excellent value for your destination dollar. International guests will find the exchange on the Euro and American to Canadian dollars favourable, making Alberta an excellent choice.

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a value added tax similar to systems used in 48 other counties. It is a broad based consumption tax, which applies a rate of seven percent to most goods and services purchased in Canada , regardless of whether the buyer is a resident or visitor to Canada . All visitors can claim back applicable GST on tangible goods you are carrying out of the country by heading to the GST counter in the departures level of Calgary International Airport . Be sure to save all of your receipts! The condominium is not subject to GST or the 5% Tourism Levy that is applicable in all hotels.

ITEMS LEFT AT PROPERTY
We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. However, if an item is left at a condominium, we will notify you and if you wish, ship it to you for $10.00 plus any shipping and handling fees.

STANDARD KITCHEN ITEMS
You'll find all cooking utensils and cutlery are provided. You'll also find a starter pack of supplies such as salt, pepper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. However, we do ask that you use the honour system, i.e.: if you deplete an item during your stay, please replace it for the next guest.

HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is provided before and after each guest rental period.

INVENTORY
We will provide full inventory list to be completed for each guest stay. Failure to complete the checklist constitutes confirmation that all items have been provided and are in good working order. After guest departure, any missing or damaged items may be charged to the guest's account.

LINENS AND TOWELS
Linens and towels are provided for the maximum number of people each condominium accommodates.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT
Sports equipment such as bikes, skis and snowboards are not permitted in the condominium. Secured, individual storage lockers and locks are provided.
