WHITEWATER RAFTING ON THE KANANASKIS RIVER
The Kananaskis River offers a thrilling introduction to whitewater fun and adventure. Following the one hour scenic motor coach transfer, you will arrive at the whitewater rafting launch site in Kananaskis Country. Once everyone has been properly outfitted and the safety orientation has been completed, it is time to discover "nature's roller-coaster". Approximately 12 km of the river are rafted through class 1 to 3 rapids and fast moving water. This is a paddle trip, which means that everyone can participate. The beginning of the trip provides an exhilarating experience with an abundance of whitewater, and the end is more serene with wonderful photographic opportunities. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the trip.
