Banff Tour
Travel west from Calgary along the Trans Canada Highway and experience the transition from prairies to foothills to mountains. Upon arrival in Banff , enjoy a tour of the town site. Points of interest include Bow Falls , Tunnel Mountain Drive , Surprise Corner and the Cave and Basin - birthplace of Canada 's National Parks. The highlight of the tour is the Banff Gondola. Travel to an elevation of 2285 metres/7500 feet above sea level for a 360 degree panoramic view of the mountains, lakes, and the town below. The afternoon is at leisure to shop and explore downtown Banff before the express return trip to Calgary.
